PAGEANT INFORMATION

The Pageant is divided into seven divisions with a winner, a 1^st and 2^nd runner-up in each division. The runner-ups will receive a banner in recognition of their achievement. The Queen will receive a beautiful crown and banner. There is no talent, interview or swimsuit competition. Girls in the Baby Miss Harvest, (0 – 2 Years) through the Little Miss Harvest , (5 – 6 Years Old) may wear a Sunday dress, flower girl style dress or a pageant style dress. All other divisions will need to wear a semi-formal to formal style dress.  Each contestant will be judged on poise, beauty, and overall impression. 

ALL JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL.

PAGEANT LOCATION

The Pageant will be held at the new Hilton Garden Inn in Peachtree City. It is located on Highway 74 near Aberdeen Parkway. The address is 2010 North Commerce Drive, Peachtree City, Georgia, 30269

DRESSING ROOM

There will be a designated area for the contestants to get changed in. More information will be available the day of the pageant. No food or drink will be allowed in the dressing area.

REGISTRATION

Registration will begin at 1:30 pm for all Age Divisions. Please bring the remainder of your registration fees in cash and any photogenic pictures, labeled with your child’s name and age division on the back of the photo. All Contestants must be registered by 2:15 pm. Photogenic pictures will be judged at 2:15 pm.

APPLICATION FEE

A $55.00 Registration Fee must be included with your application. Your fees may be paid for by a family member or business sponsor. The sponsor’s name will be announced during the contestant’s beauty walk.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS THURSDAY,  OCTOBER 21, 2010.

Late applications will be accepted with a $10.00 late fee!

ADMISSION

$5.00 per person. Children under 5 will be admitted free. One adult admitted free

with paid contestant.

REHEARSAL

There will be no formal rehearsal scheduled. Contestants may practice the day of the pageant from 1:30 pm  –  2:15 pm. .

MISS FAYETTE HARVEST OPTIONAL AWARDS

More opportunities to win! Judges will choose a winner in each age division

for each optional. Winners will receive a banner and a special gift or crown. . Optionals are Most Beautiful, Best Dressed, and Best Smile. All Contestants are entered in the Optional Events.

             MISS FAYETTE HARVEST HALLOWEEN

                               or FALL WEAR

Wear your favorite Halloween or Fall Outfit. No Halloween Costumes. Contestants will be judged on beauty, attire/fit and overall appearance.  $15.00 to Enter. Winner will receive a rhinestone crown and a special gift. Contestants will compete in their Halloween or Fall Wear at the beginning of the pageant. They will then change for the Beauty Competition.

MISS FAYETTE HARVEST PHOTOGENIC AWARD

Enter your favorite photo of your contestant. $10.00 for 1^st photo, $5.00 for each additional photo. Winners will receive a banner and/or a special gift.  Photogenic pictures MUST be brought to Registration and labeled with the contestant’s name and age division.

MISS FAYETTE HARVEST PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD

There will be a “People’s Choice Award”. Anyone attending the pageant will be able to cast votes by ballot for $1.00 per vote to choose their favorite contestant. Look for a ballot at the Registration Table. This award does not impact the judges’ decisions.  Winners will receive a beautiful crown.

GRAND OVERALL WINNER

This is a separate award. There will be no doubling crowning. This title will be awarded to the Contestant that has the highest score in the Pageant. The contestant must enter, Beauty, Fall/Halloween Wear and Grand Overall to qualify for this award. If you don’t enter, you can’t win. Cost to enter is $20.00. You will receive a beautiful rhinestone crown and banner.
